We offer flat-rate ground shipping for $7 and currently support U.S. domestic shipping only. Orders may be delivered by UPS or the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and are shipped within 1–2 business days after processing. A tracking number will be provided via email once the order has shipped.

Please note that Broadcloth Studio is not responsible for items after shipment, including those that are lost, damaged, or stolen.

Upon purchase, the digital file will be available for download on the Order Confirmation page. Customers will automatically receive the standard order confirmation email, followed by an email containing a link to the digital file.

The download link will expire 24 hours after purchase. If a link expires, a new link can be requested and will be sent to the email address used for the initial purchase.

If you experience any issues accessing your PDF pattern downloads, please email hello@broadclothstudio.com with your order number for assistance.

All sales are final. This includes digital PDF downloads, books, e-courses, fabric bundles, scrap grab bags, and kits. These items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

The only exception is for physical products that arrive damaged or are defective. If this occurs, please contact hello@broadclothstudio.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery so we can assist you. Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment once the item is received and inspected.

We currently only support shipping physical items (books, fabric bundles, scrap grab bags, and kits) within the United States.
